Eat Cake!
Back when Pete was in 2nd grade, he missed a day of school, and upon his return almost every desk in the room was lined up in two rows facing each other… all except two. There were two desks off to the side, away from all the others, facing each other. One was Pete’s desk, the other belonged to a girl named Debbie.
This kind of freaked Pete out a bit, but the teacher explained that everyone moved their desks the previous day, and the two off to the side were there because Pete and Debbie were both absent. We then moved all the desks again.
And the point is? The point is, the wedding cake will be made by Debbie, who happens to own a sweet little shop called Eat Cake!
We’ve tried the cake she makes (twice now) and it’s damn good. We think you’ll enjoy it.
